In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Customer", "User", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the "Party", "Parties", "We" or "Us", refer to both the Customers and ourselves or either the Customer or ourselves. All terms refers to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner, whether by fixed arrangement, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Customer's need in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Any information concerning the Customer and their respective Customer records may be passed to third parties. However, Customer records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than our supplier(s) and if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Customers are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Customer’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of record as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be connection with the provision of agree service and products.

REGISTRATION

Customer will need to register to use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site. Customer is required to provide information about yourself that is true, current and complete in all respects. Should there be any changes of your registration information, you may login to your account to make the changes. Please view our our T & C regularly. We may change our requirement from time to time if needed.

PAYMENT

All major Credit/Debit Cards are all acceptable methods of payment, unless otherwise stated during payment. Our Terms are payment in full within the day of purchase. All goods remain the property of the Company until payment are paid for in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance via email will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a $30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses. No Cancellation is allow for item already shipped.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Goods will be dispatched within 1-7 days or even longer than 7days depending on the country the item is sending to. Customer can view their order status by log in to their account. No order will be dispatched until payment has been cleared.

EXCHANGE POLICY

FOR APPAREL

Exchange policy is allow for size and color wrongly delivered. Such issue should be reported to our Customer Service Department within 7 days upon receiving your items. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return the item to us and purchase the new item separately. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

FOR GIFT

If you have received an item as a gift and wish to exchange for alternative item, you may arrange for a gift return with our customer service department via email customerservuce@thepaceshopper.com. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties. **Note, corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within seven working days of initial receipt.

PRODUCT NOT-AS-PURCHASED

Such issues should be reported to our Customer Service Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is purchase on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored. Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any exchange requests based on wear and tear of our products, other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. For clothing item, we don't guarantee that our products are fully compromising to all washing methods and any misuse of gifts item. Therefore, we would advise customer to handle all items with care.

RETURNED GOODS.

The original sales receipt and other documents accompany all items being returned, providing the item is still in the original retail packing, must be in re-saleable condition (not written in, creased used or damaged in anyway). Product must be returned unopened in their original wrapping and packing. To return purchased item(s): Pack carefully, use a postal service providing insurance and signed-for-delivery. Proof of shipment must be produced.

GENERAL RETURNS

If a product or service has been purchased with items clearly displayed on the web site as * clearance, * discounted or sale merchandise, * Special orders, * The value of a discount, * Shipping and handling charges, * Items where product packaging has been opened are non-refundable

GOOD DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Although all products are thoroughly checked and carefully packed before release to the postal service provider, unexpected event may occur. Such issues must be reported to our Customer Service Team within 7 days upon receiving the product(s). We keep the right to rectify the defect. Please provide any correspondence with your postal service provider to verify where the damage occurred. If you can show the postal service has damaged the goods in transit, we will seek compensation from the postal service. If any deficiency is approved, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. or, at customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same value can be offered subject to stock availability. Customer are responsible to check the goods received are in good condition before signing the acceptance form.

AVAILABILITY

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within TPS website, or in relation to postings from TPS website. All advertising is intended solely for TPS market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar, or any other means, without the express written consent of the Company. The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service you thereby indemnity this Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves.
